The CPT code for an evaluation is 92506; therapy is 92507. We are a preferred provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO and Blue Cross Blue Shield  PPO.  COSTS Therapy sessions are charged at $65 per half hour, $97.50 for 45 minutes.  A discount of $10 per hour ($60 per half-hour, $90 for 45 minutes) is offered for those with a credit or debit card on file (cards are charged weekly), and for those who wish to pay in advance by check.  Payment is required at the time of service. We submit insurance claims to Blue Cross Blue Shield only.  We will collect your co-pay at the time of service. If Blue Cross Blue Shield denies our claim or reduces the reimbursed amount , you will be responsible for all charges.  FORMS OF PAYMENT We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
